Q How durable is SmartRope? Is there a guarantee?
A SmartRope is specially designed to withstand shocks and shocks during strenuous exercise, and maintains flexibility and light weight for ideal skipping rope. SmartRope has a rated load of 20 kg. Q What size of SmartRope do you need to use? Is the size adjustable?

Generally speaking, short ropes are fast and long ropes are slow when in the middle of size. If you have experience with skipping rope, we recommend reducing the size. If you are a beginner, it may be easier to increase the size.
Q What does the LED display?

Q When using SmartRope, does the LED appear to appear at your feet or above your head?
A. It is important to find the correct angle for the LED display because the height and jumping posture differ depending on the user. To adjust this, turn the handle on the left side of the palm (the handle with the power button) slightly to raise or lower the display.
Q Is it possible to adjust the brightness of the LED?
A Yes, there is a brightness setting that can be accessed from the device settings menu of the Smart Gym mobile app (tap the skipping rope icon in the upper right corner of the main screen).
Q What do the various power lights indicate?
A The power button (bottom of the handle on the left) controls SmartRope. Lift and open the rubber cap to reveal the micro USB charging port. This power button lights up in different colors to indicate the status of SmartRope.

Q: The handle is slippery, is it okay while exercising?
A SmartRope is ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable grip during your workout. The handle is sweat resistant and slipping is not an issue during intense training. If you want to enhance the grip and protection of SmartRope, Silicone Soft Grips are available in a variety of colors.
Q: Do you have any plans to incorporate heart rate monitoring?
A Unfortunately, most of the heart rate monitoring techniques in fitness products face serious accuracy issues. In most major studies, not all wearables on the market today accurately track heart rate. In fact, most wearables can't even track your active heart rate.Only at rest, not very useful for skipping rope
Q Can I replace the rope and other parts?
A. Each SmartRope has all the technologies built in, so each unit needs to have a single integrated design. The flexible printed circuit board is embedded in the rope itself and powers 23 LEDs connected to a magnetic sensor that operates on the ball bearings on the handle. It's all connected to the CPU and Bluetooth transmitter, and is also embedded in the steering wheel.
Q How can I charge the SmartRope? How is the battery life?
A SmartRope is equipped with a high quality lithium polymer battery that is charged via a micro USB cable (the same cable that charges most smartphones and other portable devices). Charge your SmartRope with your smartphone charger or connect it to your computer's powered USB port. Most SmartRope users own a micro USB cable, so this cable is not included in SmartRope. The SmartRope battery lasts for about 48 hours, or more than 2 weeks under normal use. SmartRope is fully charged in 2 hours via a standard smartphone charger or a powered USB port.
LED displays are only available in bright white. LEDs that display multiple colors require a thicker CPU to control each light. This makes the rope too thick to be used as a skipping rope. It incorporates high quality bright white LEDs that provide clear visibility in bright environments.
Q Does SmartRope recognize double under? How about the trick?
A Yes! The magnetic sensor used in SmartRope tracks both the completion of each rotation (registering one complete jump) and the rotation speed (RPM). We are working on a future firmware release to show a normal double under on the LED display and track it in your workout via the SmartGym mobile app. Trick with full rotation of the rope is also registered as a jump and is tracked by the smart gym, but you usually need to use the rope to display the number in the air.
