Wallet+

A vegan-leather smart wallet whose removable tracker works with both Apple Find My and Google's Find My Device

Why it matters

Seinxon is not new to crowdfunding. According to the maker, its 2022 Kickstarter project drew more than 2,000 backers, and in 2024 the company began work on a smarter, thinner and more reliable successor. That successor is Wallet+.

One tracker, two ecosystems

The headline feature is support for both Apple Find My and Google's Find My Device, meaning iPhone and Android owners alike can locate the wallet. Seinxon says it partnered early with a US chipmaker to make this possible and obtained Google's Find My Device certification. The maker bills Wallet+ as the world's first smart wallet to carry both; Modern-G has not verified that claim.

A wallet that does several jobs

Seinxon positions Wallet+ as an all-in-one everyday-carry piece. It is designed to hold passports and tickets when travelling, cards and cash day to day, and its removable card holder doubles as a smartphone stand. A built-in NFC digital business card lets the owner share contact details without the recipient downloading an app, the maker says. A magnetic closure, paired with tuned leather texture and magnet strength, is meant to keep the card holder secure so cards do not slide out.

  • Premium vegan leather, described by the maker as eco-friendly, soft, durable and abrasion-resistant, and a step up from standard PU leather
  • RFID blocking to help protect personal data
  • IP68 water and dust resistance
  • Removable tracker with wireless charging
  • Tracker housing built with what Seinxon calls next-generation high-pressure molding (15Mpa)

Durability claims

According to Seinxon, the tracker has passed more than 1,000 drops from 1.5m, waterproof testing under extreme conditions, temperature resistance testing from -20°C to 60°C and over 100,000 button presses. The maker says IP68 protection means a trip through the washing machine or a sudden downpour should not affect function.

Seinxon also describes a take-back program to collect used products for reuse or recycling, and packaging made from recyclable ocean plastic and low-carbon recyclable wrapping paper. The company acknowledges that, as with any hardware project, demand, supply-chain issues, customs or force majeure events could delay delivery, and says it will report production and shipping progress to backers regularly.
