AxisPack™

Phones, power banks, earbuds, SD cards, pens and, on trips, passports and documents: the everyday carry of a mobile worker has become a kit rather than a handful of items. AxisPack™, from Hong Kong-based Cinomadist, is built around keeping that kit sorted and quick to reach.

A place for each item

According to the maker, the interior holds more than 30 individual pockets, laid out so that pens, USB cables, a power bank, earbuds, a mouse, a card holder and up to eight SD or game cards each have a dedicated spot. The campaign describes the card slots as snug enough to keep cards in place yet shallow enough to pull out with a finger, and says the pen holder adapts to anything from a slim stylus to a thicker fountain pen.

The pouch uses a clamshell design that opens 180 degrees, so it can lie flat on a desk with the full contents visible at once, an arrangement aimed at people who swap devices and parts in and out throughout the day.

The source reports that the project was selected as a Kickstarter "Project We Love" and raised well above its funding goal. Additional modules, sizes or colorways are only speculated about in the source and have not been announced.
