HeyGears G1 Series

Anyone who models detailed objects at home knows the routine: a color 3D printer for vivid parts, a separate UV printer for clear components, and a lot of time lost switching machines, adjusting settings, clearing clogged nozzles and wrestling with calibration. HeyGears pitches the G1 Series, built around the concept "One machine. Three creative worlds.", as a way to fold that workflow into one desktop unit.

Color and clarity in one print

The maker says the G1 Series uses an Epson i3200-U1HD printhead, with internal mechanisms upgraded around it to improve print quality. HeyGears claims this allows fine patterns, surface relief and texture differences that desktop machines have struggled to reproduce, and a color range of more than 10 million colors with vivid results designed to resist fading over time.

The headline feature, according to HeyGears, is printing full-color and transparent material together. Rather than producing color and clear parts separately and gluing them, which can leave seams or distortion, the G1 Series is said to stack color and transparent layers precisely, producing a seamless one-piece object.

Less post-processing and maintenance

The maker positions the machine for crafts, model making and original merchandise, and says its specially formulated inks are designed to be vivid, safe and long-lasting. With a desktop footprint and a stated focus on safer production, the campaign frames the G1 Series as suitable for homes and small businesses alike.
