MR.CARVE M7 Pro

MR.CARVE pitches the M7 Pro around one idea: professional engraving performance at an accessible level. Rather than splitting jobs across separate machines, the campaign describes a "3-in-1" engraver that covers internal engraving, 3D relief engraving and flat surface engraving with one 5W UV cold laser.

Three engraving modes

Internal engraving targets transparent materials such as K9 crystal, placing 3D designs inside the block so they appear to float, without touching the surface. The maker says no post-processing such as sanding or polishing is needed, positioning the feature for trophies and keepsakes. 3D relief engraving cuts in layers into materials like wood and leather, with per-layer depth control intended for raised logos, terrain maps and sculpted portraits. Flat engraving, according to the maker, works on more than 1,500 materials, including metal, plastic, acrylic and bamboo, for logos, serial numbers, photo etching and functional prototypes.

The UV cold laser

The laser operates at a 355nm wavelength and, per the campaign, focuses multiple beams precisely. MR.CARVE quotes ±0.001mm precision, which it describes as roughly 50 times finer than typical diode lasers and more than 100 times finer than CO₂ lasers, along with speeds of 10,000mm/s. Because the process does not heat the material, the maker says it avoids scorching, melting and discoloration, making plastics, fabrics and coated materials viable.

Hardware and software features

• Helios 3D Recognition: a dedicated Helios chip analyzes a crystal's 3D surface data and calculates laser paths for internal designs
• Dual red focus: two red lasers for material positioning
• Z-Lift: a motorized Z-axis platform that adjusts focal distance automatically, aimed at deep reliefs and tall objects
• Rotary engraving for cylindrical items such as mugs, bottles and pens
• Expandable table: an adjustable base platform that increases horizontal clearance for larger materials
• MR.CARVE software, which the maker calls the industry's first 3-in-1 solution for controlling all three engraving modes with full parameter control

Safety

The M7 Pro uses a fully enclosed design that the maker says meets FDA Class 1 standards. The campaign also lists a high-capacity fume extraction system and an automatic laser shutoff when the lid is opened, and frames the machine as suitable for beginners as well as professional creators, at home or in the workplace.
