AEKE S1 Pro

The pitch behind AEKE S1 Pro is familiar to anyone who has let a gym membership lapse: commuting, waiting for equipment and limited opening hours get in the way, while a home setup built from separate machines eats floor space. AEKE's answer is a single unit that, the maker says, covers the work of functional trainers, cable crossovers, shoulder presses and Smith machines, handling squats, rows, presses and rotational movements in one place.

Adjustable hardware and fine-grained resistance

According to AEKE, the arms adjust across 9 heights, 7 tilt angles and 3 widths for a total of 185 force-and-angle combinations, all without tools. Pulleys made from aluminum alloy and bearing steel rotate 360 degrees, and a quick-release clip swaps official accessories such as a smart handle, ankle strap and Pilates loop. The maker also says the connection buckle works with more than 20 third-party accessories.

The drive motor is rated up to 100kg of load, adjustable in 0.5kg steps, with five resistance modes: constant, eccentric, rowing, elastic and HIIT. AEKE states that expert-led content and AI coaching are included free for life with no subscription: 165 lessons across 10 categories and 320 exercises spanning strength, boxing, yoga, meditation and mobility.

AI assessment and real-time form coaching

Built on the ACSM fitness assessment model, the system evaluates six dimensions — body composition, strength, flexibility, posture, endurance and movement patterns — then suggests starting loads and, using velocity-based training principles, raises weight as it detects strength gains. Users can choose goals such as muscle gain, fat loss or general health and flag movements to avoid due to past injuries. The AEKE LTAD system structures long-term progress in five stages, from movement fundamentals to specialized training.

A 130-degree wide-angle 1080p camera tracks 42 skeletal keypoints, which the maker says lets it catch issues like a rounded lower back, knees caving inward or raised shoulders, with 95% local tracking accuracy. The 27-inch touchscreen tilts from -6 to 90 degrees, and a magnetic privacy cover closes over the camera. After each session the system generates a report on muscles worked, form issues and corrections for next time.
