Amplyte 6-in-1 SmartCharge Power Bank

The pitch behind Amplyte is consolidation. Instead of a power bank, a wall adapter and a tangle of cables, the maker combines six functions in one unit: wireless charging, high-output fast charging, a built-in AC plug and dual-ended cable, smartwatch support, a pocket-sized body and a smartphone stand.

Plug, cables and pads in one body

The headline feature is a folding AC plug. The maker says the unit plugs straight into a wall outlet, so there is no separate charger to carry, and that it can charge connected devices while it is itself charging. A built-in dual-ended cable covers both Lightning and USB-C, aimed at iPhone and Android users alike.

On top, Qi-compatible phones, earbuds and smartwatches can be set down to charge wirelessly. According to the campaign, combining the wireless pad, built-in cables and ports allows a phone, watch and earbuds to charge at the same time. A 188-segment LED digital display shows remaining battery and charging status.

The built-in plug is US-type by default. The campaign says backers can choose an EU, UK or AU plug in a post-campaign survey, which attaches to the unit and works like a native built-in plug. The maker also lists protection against overcharging, short circuits, overheating and over-discharge, plus smart current management, and describes the shell as made from high-quality, impact-resistant materials.

As with any hardware project, the campaign acknowledges risks including manufacturing delays, shipping and logistics issues, and regulatory and certification processes. The team says it has taken steps to mitigate these and plans regular updates through the campaign and shipping.
