MiniNova PRO MAX Turbo Jet Fan

Compact air blowers have become a familiar tool for clearing dust from desks, keyboards and PC cases. The MiniNova PRO MAX Turbo Jet Fan pushes the idea further: according to the maker, this hand-sized device reaches a maximum air speed of 82m/s. For context, the source notes that typhoon winds classed as "very strong" sit at roughly 30–35m/s.

Motor and build

The maker attributes that output to a 500W brushless turbo motor, a motor type generally associated with less wear, longer life and stable torque compared with brushed designs. The housing is made from aluminum alloy, which the maker describes as both durable and lightweight. The device is cordless and runs on a built-in battery that the campaign describes as high-capacity and suited to extended continuous use, though no capacity or runtime figures are given.

Blower and vacuum in one

Beyond blowing, the MiniNova is designed as a 2-in-1 duster and handheld vacuum. Switching to suction mode lets it pull in debris rather than scatter it, which the maker positions for tight spots such as keyboard gaps, small car-interior parts and electronics. A set of interchangeable nozzles adapts the airflow from pinpoint jets to wider blowing, and parts can be disassembled for cleaning.

• Speed 1: 25m/s
• Speed 2: 40m/s
• Speed 3: 60m/s
• Long-press boost mode (referred to by the maker as a "violent mode"): the top setting, with the maker's stated maximum of 82m/s

The maker suggests uses well beyond household cleaning, including garages, car maintenance, PC upkeep, DIY, emergency preparedness and outdoor activities such as helping start a campfire or quickly drying wet gear. The Japanese source also states that the Kickstarter project exceeded its funding goal by a wide margin.
