POWASH 3.0

A roughly 900g folding, cordless pressure washer rated to 3.0MPa, built to clean gear where you play

Editor’s view

Why it matters

Salt and sand on a surfboard, mud on chair legs and tent pegs, dirt caked around bike tyres: the usual plan is to deal with it at home, which means the mess rides along in the boot and ends up at the front door. POWASH 3.0 is pitched around a different habit, cleaning up at the spot where the day ends.

Small body, serious pressure

According to the maker, the folding unit weighs about 900g yet delivers a maximum discharge pressure of 3.0MPa and a maximum flow of 180L/h. The maker frames that as roughly 15 times typical mains pressure, taking 0.2MPa as a reference point within a common 0.1–0.3MPa range. Pressure is adjustable across four levels, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH and TURBO, so the same tool can blast mud from tyres or run gently enough for skin and pets.

The nozzle offers five spray modes: point, standard, car wash, surf and body. Combined with the four pressure settings, the maker counts 20 configurations, from a focused jet for stubborn grime to a wide pattern for clearing salt off a board or a soft flow usable as a makeshift shower.

Water and power, wherever

Being fully cordless, it needs no outlet during use. The maker lists a 4000mAh battery, up to about 40 minutes of continuous use, roughly 4 hours to charge, and an on-body display showing remaining charge. Water can come from three sources: drawn through a hose from a water bag or tank, fed straight from a plastic bottle, or connected to a tap, the last of which requires a separately sold faucet adapter.

The unit is rated IP65 for dust and water resistance. It accepts water from 5 to 50°C, and an included detergent bottle lets it spray cleaner as foam for insect residue or oily dirt before rinsing.

Changes from POWASH Lite

  • Maximum pressure: 1.5MPa to 3.0MPa
  • Flow: 150L/h to 180L/h

  • Pressure settings: 3 to 4
  • Water supply methods: 2 to 3
  • Ingress rating: IP64 to IP65

Taken together, the maker positions POWASH 3.0 less as a compact car-wash tool and more as a single kit item for surfing, camping, cycling, motorcycling and car care: rinse on site, pack up clean, and skip the second round of chores at home.
