KUKU Maker

Most coffee makers lock you into a fixed recipe. KUKU Maker takes the opposite approach: the maker says extraction pressure, temperature, brew time and grind size can each be adjusted independently, and combined into a profile tuned to personal taste.

Adjustable parameters

• Pressure: 3000–7000 RPM, per the maker
• Temperature: from ice water to boiling water

• Grind size: from extra-fine to coarse

Rather than a conventional pump, the campaign describes a centrifugal extraction method intended to hold pressure and temperature steady. Heating uses electromagnetic induction, and the maker states it can heat a 60ml espresso in under 50 seconds.

App control and recipes

A companion app lets users set extraction parameters remotely and manage recipes as templates that can be saved and shared. According to the maker, templates provided by baristas can also be downloaded to reproduce their recipes. Supported styles include espresso, cold brew espresso, Americano and pour-over.

Cleaning, efficiency and build

The maker says an automatic cleaning function requires only adding water and pressing a cleaning button after use, while a removable powder funnel simplifies manual cleaning. Eliminating standby heating is claimed to save more than 50% of power compared with conventional resistance heating. The machine is described as having an all-metal construction and an IP65 waterproof rating.

The campaign positions KUKU Maker for home kitchens, offices and shared spaces, and as a tool for baristas exploring extraction.
