SNAPPY

Phone cameras have grown capable, but holding a slab of glass steady for a long take is still awkward. SNAPPY approaches the problem as a grip first, then layers on a stack of shooting aids. According to the maker, it combines a mobile gimbal function, a ring light, a Bluetooth remote, a zoom wheel, an expansion port and a built-in battery that doubles as a power bank.

What the maker says it does

• Mobile gimbal: described as reducing hand shake for steadier smartphone video and smoother camera moves.
• Ergonomic grip: shaped to fit the hand and hold the phone securely over long shoots, the maker says.
• Built-in ring light: intended to provide even light in dim conditions or at night, with selfies and portraits in mind.
• Bluetooth remote: lets you trigger the shutter away from the phone, useful for group shots and self-portraits.
• Zoom wheel: a fingertip control for zooming in and out while recording.
• Expansion port and power bank: the port accepts additional accessories, and the internal battery can charge the phone during extended sessions.

Who it is for

The campaign positions SNAPPY for video creators and photography enthusiasts, covering everything from everyday use to more ambitious projects. The appeal is consolidation: instead of carrying a separate grip, light, remote and battery pack, the maker aims to put them in a single handle.

The source material does not provide hard specifications such as battery capacity, gimbal type or stabilization axes, light output, weight, or phone compatibility, so those details remain open questions for now.
