Baking cakes and cookies for pets has become a small trend among owners, yet dedicated kitchen appliances for the job are rare. TOPTREES is pitching its treat maker as a response to that gap, describing it as the world's first seven-function, all-in-one pet treat maker.

Seven functions, one body

According to the maker, the appliance combines functions that would otherwise require several separate devices, saving counter space. TOPTREES says it can prepare treats and food suited to five types of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, hamsters and rabbits.

Recipes and materials

The device comes with a library of more than 100 pet recipes, which the maker says were overseen by pet nutritionists and culinary experts, with ideas ranging from meat-based cakes to vegetable-heavy cookies. TOPTREES plans to add new recipes over time.

All food-contact materials are BPA-free, according to the company: the blending cup is Tritan, the air-dry sheets use food-grade AS, and the steaming basket uses food-grade PP.

Design and plans

TOPTREES describes a compact body, a simple control panel intended to be approachable for beginners, and many removable parts for easier cleaning. Looking ahead, the company says it plans companion services such as an app that suggests recipes based on a pet's health and preferences, plus a community for owners. Initial sales are planned to focus on the US and Europe, with ambitions to expand to Asia and Oceania.
