Why it matters
Most portable monitors trade screen area for compactness. INVZI's MagHub Quad Max takes the opposite approach: three 18.5-inch panels arranged around a laptop, which together with the laptop's own display make four screens. The maker describes it as the world's first 18.5-inch portable triple display and pitches it at developers, traders, creators and remote workers who move between offices, coworking spaces and travel.
Panels and image
According to the maker, each of the three panels is an 18.5-inch IPS Full HD display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 178-degree viewing angle and 300 nits of brightness. Low blue light technology is said to reduce eye strain without heavy color shift, and physical buttons on the unit adjust brightness without opening software. The wide viewing angle is framed as useful for meetings, and the top display can be flipped to face a client during presentations while the presenter works from the laptop screen.
Connection and power
The maker says a single USB-C cable (10Gbps or higher) is enough to drive all three displays. Two USB-C ports on the unit are interchangeable: either can connect to the laptop or to a 45W USB-C PD power adapter. Older laptops without USB-C video output can connect using a USB-A (2-port) to USB-C cable. For running all three screens, a USB-C PD adapter of 45W or more is recommended, and the campaign states the unit can also run from a power bank delivering 45W or more.

Build and compatibility
An aluminum stand and aluminum hinges are meant to keep the large panels steady while typing and to withstand repeated folding. Folded, the maker says it fits alongside a laptop in a single bag without a dedicated case. On Windows 10/11, drivers install automatically when online; on macOS, a driver must be installed once from the included USB drive. The driver is developed by Taiwan's Racertech, which the maker describes as a certified professional multi-display driver widely used in commercial settings.
